Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst

Location: Tampa, FL 33610 Hybrid  

Duration: 12 Months + Possible extension  

Pay rate: $28 - $30 per hour

 Job Description:

Day to Day:

• Communicate with internal users to define and document requirements
• Work with internal client relationship managers to validate report requirements and maximize accuracy of resulting data
• Design and implement dashboards and reports to enable dynamic decision making
• Serve as an expert in best-practices and advise teams

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design of dashboards to meet the needs of internal users from initial requirement gathering to implementation.
• Contribute ideas based on a strong technical base of knowledge related to dashboard/report design experience.
• Assess and analyze data from disparate systems forming relationships that provide relevant insights to management enabling strategic decision making.
• Work effectively across internal teams/partners as well as external vendors to ensure efforts are fully understood, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are per requirements.

Knowledge/Experience:

• 3+ years of “hands-on” dashboard creation with information management teams utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as Tableau
• Experience with data visualization, data integrations, IWMS software, or Archibus is a plus.
