Day to Day:

Develop and influence initiatives and resources for complex business and technical needs across Product Management
Consult on strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas
Deliver long-term solutions that require vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking
Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative RSCA solutions and optimizations

Required Skills:

Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience within financial risk management
Must have experience creating risk procedures and optimization framework
Must have experience as a lead and have the ability to influence senior leadership
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Proven experience in leading and facilitating Risk Control Self-Assessments (RSCAs).
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., OCC, CFPB, FFIEC).
