Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for cleanroom production operations.
Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and resolve production challenges in real time.
Build strong relationships with operators and cross-functional team members.
Use Excel and other tools to document and analyze production data.
Coach and assist operators as needed, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
