Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Workday
  • Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting modules
  • Ability to configure complex Workday business processes
  • Experience with data loads, integrations, and reporting in Workday
  • Proficiency in creating reports and using them for auditing configuration change effectiveness
  • Familiarity with Workday’s Implementation Methodology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide end-user support, training, and change management
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes
  • Membership and engagement in Workday Community, User Groups, and Conferences
