Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Workday
- Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting modules
- Ability to configure complex Workday business processes
- Experience with data loads, integrations, and reporting in Workday
- Proficiency in creating reports and using them for auditing configuration change effectiveness
- Familiarity with Workday’s Implementation Methodology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide end-user support, training, and change management
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Membership and engagement in Workday Community, User Groups, and Conferences
