Job Description:
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Math
Top 5 Required Skills:
  1. 1-2 years in Data Entry Roles
  2. Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  3. Proven ability to work autonomously
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Technology Proficiencies:
  • MS Office, specifically Excel
Preferred Attributes:
  • SAP/ECC Knowledge
  • Relationships with vendors
Location:
  • Onsite Critical: Racine, WI
Hours:
  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • 9 AM - 3 PM mandatory hours with flexibility for arrival and departure
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute timely pricing updates by working with external manufacturers and internal SCJ departments
  • Utilize SAP and Price Database/Cost Cards to process pricing updates and maintenance in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Process monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc pricing updates based on direct material price adjustments in alignment with designated processes
  • Resolve invoice-related discrepancies with suppliers and Accounts Payable (A/P)
  • Maintain SAP PIR (Purchase Information Record)
