About the Role:

Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology – New Products Team.
The successful candidate will oversee the launch management of new, potential first-in-line assets targeting unmet needs among cancer patients globally.
Additionally, the role involves driving engagement between Global-Regional-Local (GRL) teams.
The Project Manager will lead project management efforts by implementing a governance framework, managing risks, and ensuring effective delivery tracking and communication.

Responsibilities:

Asset and Coordinating GRL activities across the portfolio of New Oncology Assets.
Implement a Launch Governance Framework for New Product Launch.
Track progress of functional teams against brand and organizational priorities.
Lead project management to support robust engagement among global, regional, and local markets on Oncology New Product.
Monitor and update GRL approach, providing visibility of evolving global commercial team meetings.
Develop communication plans and materials for Global-Regional-Local engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
