Job Description:

Day-to-day:

Collaborate with prospective users and agents to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements, analyze and sort IVR call data from customers to run analysis in SQL and Excel.

Must-Haves:

8+ years of experience

  • SQL
  • Analyzing IVR data (Genesys understanding)
  • Reviewing and Sorting Call Log data/research 
  • Experience with data visualization tools 
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Product Backlog Management
  • UAT
  • API Knowledge
