• We are seeking motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be bridge between Product Owners (PO) and developers, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
• This role demands expertise in JIRA, an open and growth mindset, and the ability to write detailed requirements and user stories

• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather, refine, and document requirements in JIRA.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as a liaison between Product Owners and development teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Perform basic SQL queries to support data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and resolve any gaps in requirements or understanding.
• Promote an open and growth mindset within the team, fostering collaboration and innovation

• Proficient in JIRA for writing requirements and managing workflows.
• Strong experience in writing user stories and documenting requirements.
• Basic SQL skills for querying and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Proven ability to bridge gaps between Product Owners and developers.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst Coordinator (BAC) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
