Location: Warrington, PA 18976 / Charlotte, NC 28277 (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months (with possibilities of extension)
Pay Range: $30/hr to $33/hr
Responsibilities:

Manage assigned accounts, follow up on payments, and resolve issues to meet collection goals.

Handle disputes and claims for customers, ensuring accurate billing and timely resolution.

Apply cash, adjust accounts, and respond to customer questions within 24 hours.

3-5 years of collections experience, strong negotiation skills, and advanced Excel knowledge.

Degree in Accounting or Business preferred, with strong communication and billing knowledge.
