Job Title: Business Analyst

Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour 

Working Model - Hybrid (1x onsite)

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • SQL
  • Analyzing IVR data (Genesys understanding)
  • Reviewing and Sorting Call Log data/research (SQL, Excel)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) to effectively communicate findings.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Sorting and Organizing Data Quickly
  • Product Backlog Management
  • UAT (User acceptance testing)
  • API Knowledge
  • Understand how to interact with their counterparts and stakeholders

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Understanding of call center metrics, and program languages.
  • Familiarity with Genesys and/or Contact Center Environments
