About the Role:

Delivers process support and serves as a technical resource in process development, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scaling up initiatives.
Creates baseline process maps, identifies inefficiencies, and assists with re-designing and re-imagining the process to deliver superior customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

50% Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze gaps, and document processes.
25% Performs validation activities on existing and new processes.
25% Collects and analyzes data from existing processes and identifies improvement strategies.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

Strong analytical thinking for problem-solving, with data analysis skills to identify trends and root causes. Excellent communication for conveying technical issues to diverse audiences.
Solid IT systems and software knowledge.
Creative problem-solving, proactive approach, and effective decision-making under pressure.
Attention to detail in documentation, analysis, and managing resolutions.
