Job Title: Principal Product Manager
Duration:   6 month  (potential extension/conversion)
Location:  Dallas, TX
Pay Range: $55/Hr - $60/Hr


Must haves:

  • 5+ years of experience overall.
  • Design Thinking & Design Making
  • Slow Design (e.g., Lucid Charts)
  • Proficiency In Agile, Waterfall, and Azure DevOps
  • Can write a user story, and work on roadmap items
  • Backlog Management – sorting data
  • API Knowledge
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Can rally up QA/Development teams and understand how to interact with their counterparts and stakeholders

Plusses:

  • Understanding of call center metrics (IVR)
