Senior Recruiter – PDS&T Organization

Job Description

Join our Pharmaceutical Development Science & Technology (PDS&T) team as a Senior Recruiter, supporting a high-volume expansion project. This contract role offers the potential for full-time conversion, contributing to our efforts in transitioning talent from R&D to Operations. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex scientific and technical roles in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles within PDS&T.
Partner with hiring managers to streamline talent acquisition processes and optimize interview strategies.
Source and attract hard-to-find talent in pharmaceutical and life sciences.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
Manage ATS and report on key recruiting metrics.

Required Skills

3-5+ years of recruiting experience (7+ preferred) in fast-paced environments.
Expertise in pharmaceutical/biotech recruitment, including R&D and technical roles.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and streamline hiring processes.
Proactive sourcing skills; experience with ATS (SmartRecruiters or Taleo preferred).
Bachelor's degree required.

Pay range:

$50/hr. - $55/hr.
