• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 developers to ensure project success.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release cycles, and ensure timely project delivery.

• 7-8 years of industry experience with 2-3 years as a Team Lead.
• Strong expertise in C#, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in JavaScript frameworks like React and NodeJS.
• Experience with Azure and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Familiarity with log management systems like DataDog or Splunk.
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, Redis, and MySQL.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
