Title: IAM/IGA Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, Texas
Duration: 8-month (Contract-to-hire)
Work Type: Remote for contract duration, fully onsite after conversion.
Pay: $45/hr

Must-Have skills:

  • Strong understanding of SailPoint capabilities (IdentityNow or IdentityIQ preferred).
  • Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) concepts and identity governance principles.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and controls such as least privilege and segregation of duties.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
  • Ability to create workflows, process maps, and governance artifacts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with application owners and governance committees to achieve role hygiene and onboarding objectives.

Plusses:

  • SailPoint certification (e.g., IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
  • Experience with IAM platforms or tools beyond SailPoint.
  • General familiarity with attribute-based access control (ABAC).
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques for role mining (not a primary focus but beneficial).
