Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location:  Duluth, GA 30096-Hybrid 3 day in office
Duration: 01 Months + Possible Extension
Start Date: ASAP!
Pay Range: $24-$25/ hr 
 
Description:
  • Respond to employee/location queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or cases
  • Identify requestor's needs and help resolve, provide answers, or guidance to answers
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions related to the Payroll Support phone# & email box
  • Monitor, track, answer, forward, & appropriately file inquiries (1101 emails, phone calls, & cases)bVOE: proper handling of different types
  • Unclaimed Property: timely response & letter upload to database
  • Management & disbursement of all physical mail including not limited to garnishments, returned live checks, VOEs, tax mail, EE checks sent for overpayments.
