Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our Professional Services Division at Acelis Connected Health. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment, providing high-quality customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining business policies, and managing escalations and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and explaining business policies and procedures.
• Assist with customer escalations and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in internal systems.
• Utilize Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, communication, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical customer service is preferred but not required.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay Range: $21/hr. - $23/hr.
