About the Role:

• We are looking for a Systems Engineer to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our organization's information systems.
• The role involves monitoring, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems.
• The Systems Engineer will assess architecture and current system limitations, define and design system specifications, disaster recovery procedures, and evaluate input/output processes for hardware/software compatibility.

Pay Range:$68 -$70

Responsibilities: 

• Install, tune, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain all computer systems relevant to supported applications
• Develop and implement techniques to prevent system problems and troubleshoot incidents
• Automate the installation and configuration of applications in development and production environments
• Evaluate new systems through in-depth tests and research software and related products for recommendations and purchasing
• Improve engineering knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, and networking

Education Qualification: -

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

Required Skills: -

• 5 years of software, hardware, and/or systems engineering experience
• Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to collaborate to solve technical problems across teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate positively with internal and external customers
