Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize vRO workflows for automation of IT processes.
Integrate vRO with vSphere, vRA, REST APIs, and external systems.
Automate routine operational tasks, including provisioning, configuration management, and cloud automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vRO workflows and automation scripts.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams to streamline automation initiatives
Implement best practices for automation, security, and scalability.
Maintain and update technical documentation for workflows and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in vRO automation
Strong hands-on expertise in VMware vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
Experience with vRealize Automation (vRA) 7.x/8.x is a plus.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with third-party tools.
Hands-on experience with vSphere, ESXi, NSX, and related VMware infrastructure.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience working in enterprise IT environments with a focus on automation
Pay Rate is between $52/hr to $56/hr.
