  • Offer expert-level technical support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using advanced analysis.
  • Write SQL queries to resolve data and application issues.
  • Test, identify, and document defects for the development team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

 Experience:

  • Extensive expertise working on SQL (Creating own qeries (basic to Complex), pulling data etc.).
  • Experience providing B2B technical customer support.
  • Proficiency in any of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS etc).
  • Familiarity with healthcare software and industry standards is a plus.
