• Assist in the development and optimization of subsystems for a new medical device.
• Conduct and analyze experiments to support product development.
• Perform log analysis and troubleshoot technical issues related to the device.
• Write and execute study protocols, collect data, and generate comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to refine system performance.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Science, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a research or product development setting.

• Strong computer skills and ability to work with technical software.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis programs.
• Basic knowledge of Python or a similar programming language.
• Excellent laboratory techniques and ability to conduct complex experiments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Experience in the medical device industry or blood transfusion-related research.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements for medical device development.

Pay Range: $25/hr. - $28/hr.
