Job Comments
  • The team is small and is responsible for the shooting of all eyewear and marketing for company.
  • This role will serve as an assistant to one of the photographers.
  • Attention to detail.
  • They will be organizing color kits, taking demands from many different parts of the business, pulling nad looking for specific frames at a moment's notice, conducting routine tasks in excel.
  • They will be reading the tiny print on frames and ensuring the spreadsheet details are all in line and up to date.
  • They will also handle requests for charity donations.
Job Description:
  • With general supervision, provides routine administrative support to department.
  • Creates and edits correspondence, presentations, and reports from rough drafts to completion ensuring accuracy of spelling, grammar, etc.
  • Screens telephone calls and route to the appropriate department/person
  • Opens, reviews and distributes mail throughout the department to ensure mail is received by addressee
  • Maintains department's records/files to ensure accurate record keeping, security, and confidentiality of files
  • Maintains calendar(s), schedules meetings and appointments, and arranges travel and hotel accommodations as necessary to ensure effective time management
  • Performs confidential administrative functions such as assembling reports or proposals for staff, customers, or outside agencies
  • Maintains and orders department's office supplies, forms, brochures, and/or advertising/sales materials
Job Demands:
  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience with at least one year providing Administrative support
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Type 30 wpm
  • Proficient with MS Word
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of desktop publishing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type, proofread, revise, and edit up to 75% of the time
  • Monitor and track expenses within budget guidelines
