  • Position: Operations Processor 2 (Data Entry Specialist)

  • Working Schedule 1 : Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed - 7 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) & 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Saturday, Sunday)
  • Working Schedule 2 - Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed - 8 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) & 8:30 am -  5 PM (Saturday, Sunday)
    Pay Range: $19 - 21/hour
     
Job Details:
  • Data Entry position.
  • Primarily scanning and imaging, working on a machine called a Falcon Red-this machine opens mail and they are responsible for extracting the mail
  • Proficient in 10-key numeric data entry as well as alphanumeric data entry.
  • Solid understanding of transactions and balancing of payments would be helpful.
  • Be familiar with handling and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies on invoices and payments.
  • Quality checking.
  • Ability to key alpha-numeric.
  • Admin work.
  • Office clerical environment.
