Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Kennesaw, GA/ Chicago, IL(Hybrid)
Duration: 12-18 months
Rate Range: $64-$65/hr
DayToDay Responsbilities:

Actively participate in agile ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within a collaborative team environment.

Focus on Salesforce development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
-
Maintain and enhance production instances: Troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and ensure system stability and performance.
-
Contribute to new development initiatives: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
Must Have:
-
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
-
Experience with configuration, customization of the Salesforce platform, permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards.

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Framework, LWC, SLDS, and SFDX.

Experience with APIs and integrations.

Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM

Strong SF inbound and/or Outbound integrations using Rest API

Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)

SF Platform Developer certification a must (Salesforce or other AI certifications and/or experience preferred). other certifications or multiple SF certifications are nice to have)
NiceToHave:

Experience with Salesforce applications within the financial industry is a significant advantage. This may include Salesforce Scheduler, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CRM.

Proven expertise in MuleSoft code development and integration is highly valuable. This includes experience with web services, related integration tools, and Windows services programming with REST API connections to and from Salesforce.

Experience with OpenShift or other container orchestration platforms is a plus.

Individuals with additional Salesforce certifications or multiple certifications within the Salesforce ecosystem are preferred.
