Location:	Richmond, Virginia or Jacksonville, Florida (Hybrid Model)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Write, test, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable Python code
Develop back-end components for web applications
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Implement security best practices to ensure data protection
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers
Debug and troubleshoot existing code
Stay up-to-date on the latest Python technologies and libraries

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Python Developer
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) (a plus)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
