Position Details:
  • Position: Operations Processor

  • Working Schedule: Mon-Fri (11:00 AM - 07:30 PM)
  • Pay Range: $18/hr - $20/hr
Duties
  • Bank by mail.
  • Mail is received, sorted, and opened.
  • Tracking with Excel.
  • Hogan tool for lookups and checking accounts.
  • Q300 is another tool that is used but is easy to catch on to, they would not have experience in this.
  • Someone detail-oriented is needed, the team is reviewing fraudulent counterfeit checks and is the last stop.
  • Someone who is trainable will be shown what to look for.
  • Speed is not the major requirement, definite reviews of the checks is the most important.
  • 10 key experience is required.
