Job Summary:

Day To Day Responsbilities:

• We are looking for a skilled Solutions Architect.
• In this role, you will design and build scalable, secure web solutions, leading development teams and ensuring seamless integration of backend and frontend systems.
• You will collaborate with business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions and work closely with teams like DevOps and security for smooth deployment and maintenance.
• Additionally, you will mentor team members and stay updated on new technologies to improve system performance and reliability.
• This role combines technical expertise with leadership and a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.

Must Have:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with web-based environments using React, Next.js, and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years as a Solutions Architect or similar, guiding micro-service and containerized architecture development across teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing web solutions that meet WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with DataDog or similar APM tools
• Experience with DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
• Knowledge of web application security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top Ten).
