Position Details:

• Serve and support the Technical Support Manager and Office Manager in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Perform job duties as assigned, including project-related work to support the Automation division of Box on Demand.

• Machine Inventory
• Reconcile Machine GL
• Submit Machines to FA
• File UCC
• Handle all Automation AR & AP Invoice inquiries.
• Review and track all Misc Invoice submissions
• Manage machine contracts
• Assist with Avetta's compliance
• Assist with Service Scheduling

• Ability to walk the length of a warehouse and to stand for an extended period of time.
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of accounting and administrative support, customer service, and sales support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong accounting, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated a successful track record of effective problem-solving
• Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions
• Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to customers and employees.
