Experience and Role Requirements:

Over 6 years of experience in implementing, architecting, or developing high-performing, resilient, and scalable enterprise systems.
Experience in a key role within architecture, development, or testing organizations.
Ability to advise management on opportunities and risks.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in front-end and back-end development frameworks and languages:
Front-end: React, Angular, JavaScript
Back-end: Java EE, Spring MVC, Node.js
Proficiency with application servers, including JBoss EAP, Tomcat, WebLogic, and WebSphere.
Familiarity with secure coding practices.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Knowledge and experience with testing tools like Selenium, ALM, and qTest.
Familiarity with code quality assurance tools like SonarQube.
Version Control and DevOps:
Experience with version control systems like GIT and Bitbucket.
Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and code packaging tools like Maven.

Agile Methodologies:

Communication:

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
