Location: Pomona CA ( Hyrid Twice a Month)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range : $80-90/hr

Job Summary:

Day To Day Responsbilities:

• Team is looking for IT services-oriented people who have experience implementing service delivery models/come with delivery management experience .

Must Have:

• This role demands a unique blend of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.

Core SAP Expertise:

• Deep understanding of SAP products:Familiarity with various SAP modules (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM) and their functionalities.
• Implementation experience:Proven track record of successful SAP implementations, including project planning, execution, and go-live support.
• Technical proficiency:Knowledge of SAP architecture, technologies (e.g., ABAP, Java), and integration points.

Service Delivery Management:

• Service Delivery Models:Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing diverse service delivery models (e.g., managed services, on-demand services, cloud-based services).
• Delivery Management:Proven ability to lead and manage service delivery teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
• Contract Management:Strong understanding of service contracts, including negotiation, interpretation, and adherence to contractual obligations.

 Interpersonal & Communication:

• Collaboration:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Conflict Resolution:Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and disputes, both internally and with clients, through negotiation and mediation.
• Relationship Building:Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term client relationships and build trust.

Business Acumen:

• AMS Model Experience:In-depth knowledge of Application Management Services (AMS) models, including incident management, problem management, change management, and release management.
• Broker Agreement Skills:Experience in negotiating and managing broker agreements with third-party vendors.
• Business Analysis:Ability to analyze business requirements, identify potential risks and challenges, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Other Important Skills:

• Project Management:Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Leadership:Proven leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate team members.
