Pay range- $60-$65 Job Description: Interpret diverse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for collaboration and productivity platforms. Provide technical direction and frameworks to meet business needs, ensuring successful delivery of solutions into the production environment. Contribute to testing strategies and technology certification plans for enterprise voice platforms, identifying risks and recommending remediation processes. Develop and document detailed, low-level technical designs for complex enterprise voice solutions. Support certification and architecture teams in accordance with tollgate process criteria and standards. Provide expertise in voice technologies including SIP Trunking, SIP interworking, VoIP protocols, and unified communications systems. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in collaboration and enterprise voice solutions, with familiarity in the financial industry a plus. Strong experience with voice platforms and VoIP networks, including Call Manager/CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex, and related technologies. Proficient in SIP, H.323, SRTP, RTP, Opus, and call routing technologies in complex environments. In-depth knowledge of SIP trunking, ISDN/PRI trunking, and carrier network interworking.
