Pay range- $50- $55

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide application support by responding to requests from business, operations, and interfacing application teams during on-call schedules.
• Manage incident resolution and ensure prompt issue resolution for assigned applications in production environments.
• Track and resolve problems in production environments for assigned applications.
• Perform and support change tasks as directed by application teams in the production environment.
• Schedule and oversee infrastructure maintenance activities in production environments.
• Monitor job alerts and respond to them in a timely manner.
• Assist with release and deployment activities as required.

Must-Haves:

• Experience with SWIFT software and SWIFT applications.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of Database structure and ability to run SQL queries.
• Experience with Weblogic, IIS, and Websphere MQ.
• Proficient in troubleshooting data issues and understanding of HTTP protocols; ability to make API calls through HTTP.
• Scripting and automation skills for operational tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot applications and review application logs.
• Familiarity with Remedy Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize technical issues at a business level.
