Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute key programs
  • Drive accountability, mitigate risks, and improve operational efficiencies
  • Assess business performance and recommend strategic improvements
  • Perform data-driven analysis and develop solutions for complex issues
  • Facilitate decision-making and support solution implementation
  • Collaborate with teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members
  • Strong Financial Crimes Change Management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • CAMS/ACFCS or other financial crimes certifications
  • Experience in strategic roadmap planning and execution
  • Background in Agile, Program Management, or Change Management
  • Strong risk and compliance management experience
  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives across business and technical teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

 

Pay Range: $55-$62/hr.
