Pay Range- $55-$60

Job Description:

• Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles within the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Define, schedule, and coordinate Release Trains, ensuring smooth execution of agile processes.
• Facilitate ART ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync, PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure a healthy and prioritized product/program backlog.
• Ensure releases adhere to enterprise change policies and guidelines.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and remove impediments for the ART to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide leadership and coaching to enable the successful implementation of agile processes and continuous improvement.

Must Have:

• Strong Scrum Master experience.
• Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar role.
• Expertise in working in an agile environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Rally, JIRA, or TFS.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Senior-level experience with Enterprise Change Standards.

Plusses:

• Previous experience in cybersecurity or application development.
