Title: Production Support (Swift) 

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)  

Duration: 12-18 months    

Rate Range: $56-$58/hr

 

Must Have:

  • Experience with SWIFT software and SWIFT applications  
  • Unix/Linux operating system knowledge  
  • Understanding of Oracle Database structure and ability to run Data queries using SQL  
  • Understanding of Weblogic, IIS, and Websphere MQ  
  • Troubleshooting Data issues - Understanding of HTTP protocols and making API calls through HTTP 
  • Scripting and automation skills  
  • Ability to troubleshoot applications and review application logs  
  • Familiarity with Remedy Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management modules  
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize technical issues at a business level.
