Position title: Organizational Change Management Specialist (OCM Specialist)
Location: Houston, Texas, 77042, USA
Schedule: Hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive OCM plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and resistance management.
  • Design and deliver training materials and programs to support the adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Conduct impact assessments and identify potential barriers to adoption.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees during the transition.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of OCM initiatives..
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an OCM Specialist or Change Management Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a regulated industry.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
