Title: Senior Scrum Master

Duration: 6 Months + Extension

Location: Houston, TX 77056

Essential Job Functions

Assign admin, bug, hot fixes to the dedicated Run Team (Production Support)
Prepare presentations bi-monthly
Lead daily scrums with dedicated pool of developers
Escalate blockers to leadership, POs, or users
Coordinate with POs, architects, and system owners in the testing of new features, bug fixes
Occasional administrative and configuration tasks
Other duties as assigned

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
2 years of Minimum experience as a Scrum Master with retail energy industry experience being beneficial for the role
Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Experienced with (MS) toolset (Project Server, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven experience with maintaining relationships with stakeholders, business owners, project sponsors, executives and vendors
