About the Role:

 As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the Exchange Online environment, Intune environment, messaging tools administration, access audits and security, messaging environment monitoring and testing, and incident management.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and performance of the Exchange Online environment to ensure seamless mail flow and data availability. 
• Manage and monitor MS Intune for endpoint management, security, and compliance across devices.
• Administer Quadrotech Nova and M365 Console to provide a unified view and single-pane management for messaging operations. 
• Perform periodic audits of access permissions and account activities for M365 and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) accounts to ensure security compliance.
• Continuously monitor and test messaging systems, focusing on mail flow, storage components, and overall performance end-to-end.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Manage incidents related to the messaging environment, providing timely resolutions and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
