Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Add, modify, delete Firewall rules, NAT rules, and Object groups
• Demonstrate leadership qualities such as being a selfstarter, selfdirected, and showing initiative
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and policies for successful implementation into production
• Manage short and long term engagements with multiple project tracks and teams
• Interact with clients at all levels, manage client escalations, and negotiate resolutions
• Utilize scripting skills in Python, Ansible, PowerShell, and automation tools like Expect, Rancid, REST/SOAP
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to networking
• related disciplines within design, implementation, or operations roles

Must Have: 

• Industry Certifications in Fortinet NSE (18), Checkpoint CCTA, CCTE, CCSA, CCSE, or equivalent experience
• Industry Certification in CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE or equivalent experience
• Relevant Industry certifications in Network Technologies

 Nice To Have:  

• Strong technical acumen and understanding of network based technologies and protocols
• Organized, detail oriented, and accountable with the ability to hold others accountable professionally
• Familiarity with IT Service Management processes and project management (i.e., ITIL and Agile)
• Knowledge of other network technologies such as Splunk, ECSL, WAN, MAN, LAN, Optical, Routing, Switching, Proxy/Threat Prevention, DDI, Load Balancing, and AAA
