About the Role:

  • The Onboarding & Compliance Specialist is responsible for receiving, routing, resolving, and properly closing all HR inquiries within their specialty or assignment in an accurate and timely manner.
  • The Specialist partners with Managers to review performance outcomes against SLAs and KPIs, and identify areas of professional development.
  • Interacts cross functionally with SSC, COEs, HRBPs, HRIS, and various departments to ensure seamless handoffs and high-quality service delivery.

Pay Range: $23- $24

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist new hires with pre-employment activities such as verification, background checks, drug testing, and health screenings
  • Review data interfaced from recruitment application to HCM, resolving errors
  • Schedule new hires for orientation and facilitate seamless handoffs
  • Notify relevant parties if a new hire fails pre-employment activities
  • Oversee licensure and certification renewal processes

Education Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Required Skills: 

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data review
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
