Position details:
Title: Marketing Coordinator
Client: Bank
Location: New Castle, DE (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 - month Contract
Pay Range: $55 - $60/HR
 
Overview:
  • The Program Manager is responsible for providing program management support for key 360 Marketing initiatives.
  • This role requires knowledge on the implementation of marketing projects.
  • It requires basic awareness of products and services offered by the Branded Cards and Unsecured Lending business in US Personal Banking (USPB).
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas within USPB and occasional external partners.
  • The role will track related to the marketing processes, required dependencies and key deliverables.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, identifying key dependencies (tech, agency, controls, approvals, budgets, etc.) and developing reports to provide transparency to the organization.
  • Track key decisions, risks and challenges and promptly escalating concerns to the program team.
  • Support the 360 Program Managers in key meetings which engage stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Controls and Tech.
  • Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s/University degree
