Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Worked in an agile environment – understands ceremonies, artifacts
Work with process flows, capability requirements, etc.
Facilitate discussions between the business partners and the development team to help address requirement questions
Help with requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation; and with System Engineers/Developers
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements of stakeholder requests
Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities
Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision
