Client: Banking
Location:Chandler, AZ 75001 
Duration: 12-month contract (possible extension or hire based on performance)
Pay Range: $19/hr to $20.04/hr 
Shift: Onsite Monday-Thursday, WFH Friday (if no absences)
Training: 5-week onsite training (no time off)

Position Summary:

  • Provide first-line support for internal employees via voice and chat in a 24/7 Global Service Desk environment.
  • Troubleshoot MS applications, proprietary systems, and basic tech issues.
  • Ensure high-quality client care, document issues for second-line support, and meet performance targets.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client care or customer service
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in a tech call center or customer service
  • Familiarity with Win 10/11, MS Office, VPN, and ITSM Remedy
