Title: Loan Documentation Processor

Location: West Des Moines, IA (1 week onsite 1 week remote)

Duration:6 months 

Pay Range: 15-19 per/hr

• Mortgage Process Oversight: Review and process both agency and non-agency mortgage documents.
• Document Verification: Ensure accuracy and completeness of key loan-related documents, including:
• SSA-4560 (Social Security verification)
• SSA-89 (Authorization for SSN verification)
• Payoff requests
• Payoff Processing: Order payoffs through the system and validate critical financial information.
• Queue-Based Work: Focused on document review with minimal direct customer interaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters to associate stipulations and ensure compliance with loan documentation standards.

• Mortgage processing or financial services background preferred.
• Ability to thoroughly review and verify loan documents for accuracy.
• Strong ability to interpret and process financial documentation.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to virtual training and remote work environments.
