Job Description:  

 

Client: Banking  

Position: Production / Technical Support 

Duration:  12 months    

Location: Addison TX 

Payrange: $19-20/hr 

 

Day to Day

  • The position involves providing first line support for internal employees' resources via voice and chat channels as part of the 24*7 Global Service Desk. The successful candidate will partner with regional and international partners to deliver best-in-class client care. This role requires excellent customer care skills and a desire to expand skills and knowledge within IT.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Provide basic troubleshooting of applications and proprietary systems via phone/chat - Manage multiple live chats simultaneously with internal customers  
  • Document tickets clearly for 2nd line teams when first line resolution cannot be attained - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals related to customer service and call/chat handling  
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently  

 

Qualification:  

  • 1-3 years of experience in client care/customer service  
  • Ability to work well as a team and build relationships with global partners  
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload  
  • Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently  

 

Required Skills:  

  • Excellent client care/customer service skills - Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals  
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Technology call center and/or customer service experience  
  • Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of problems and incidents - Hardware support  
  • Windows 10/11, Software - MS Office suite, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype, Network - Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect, ITSM Remedy (not essential)
