Duration: 12+ months contract (higher extension possibility)
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday - Thursday | Work-from-home on Friday Pay Range: $19/hr to $20.04/hr 

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Technical Support 1 professional to provide first-line technical support for internal employees through voice and chat channels.
  • As part of the 24/7 Global Service Desk, you will work closely with regional and international teams to deliver exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone and chat, assisting employees with MS applications and proprietary systems.
  • Handle multiple live chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining high operational and quality metrics.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues, escalating unresolved tickets to second-line support.
