Job description:

  • Provide first-line support for internal employees via voice and chat channels, troubleshooting applications and proprietary systems, with a focus on achieving service levels and performance metrics.
  • Manage multiple live chats simultaneously, documenting tickets clearly for escalation to second-line teams when needed, and collaborating with global partners to ensure best-in-class client care.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware (Windows 10/11), software (Office suite, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype), and network systems (Citrix, VPN, AnyConnect).
  • Must Haves: 1-3 years of client care/customer service experience, technical knowledge of iOS, Windows, and agent chat systems, strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Plusses: Experience in a technology call center or customer service role, familiarity with ITSM Remedy, and knowledge of network and hardware support.
  • In-house technical training will be provided, with real-time support from peers and subject matter experts to help ensure ongoing success.
