Global Internal Employee Technology Support Analyst

Location: Addison, TX, Chandler, AZ, Jacksonville, FL and Hopewell, NJ (Onsite – 4 in office, 1 WFH)
Pay Range: $20/hr
Shift: 24/7 Global Service Desk (Rotational Shifts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Global Internal Employee Technology Support Analyst to provide first-line IT support for internal employees via phone and chat. This role is ideal for candidates with a customer service or call center background, looking to expand their technical skills in an enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via live chat and phone for internal employees.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, VPN, Citrix, SharePoint, and Skype.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues to second-level support teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting service-level metrics.
  • Follow a structured training program (first 5 weeks fully onsite).

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple live chats effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting (Windows, MS Office, VPN, etc.).
  • Ability to work onsite (4 in-office, 1 WFH after training).
    Reliable Wi-Fi and quiet workspace for work-from-home.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Technical Support or IT Help Desk.
  • Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow).
