Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 (4 day Onsite & 1 day Remote)

About the Role:

• We are looking for a First Line Support Specialist to join our 24*7 Global Service Desk team.
• The role involves providing support to internal employees via voice and chat channels, partnering with regional and international teams to ensure excellent client care.
• This is an onsite position with the opportunity to work from home one day a week based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide first line support for internal employees via phone and chat channels
• Troubleshoot MS applications and proprietary systems 
• Manage multiple live chats simultaneously
• Document tickets clearly for 2nd line teams when first line resolution is not possible
• Meet or exceed performance targets and goals for customer service and call/chat handling

Education Qualification: 

• 1-3 years of experience in client care/customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships with global partners
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently

Required Skill: 

• Excellent client care/customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with technology call center or customer service
• Knowledge of hardware support (Windows 10/11), software (MS Office suite, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype), and network (Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect)
• Familiarity with ITSM Remedy is a plus
