• We are seeking a skilled Pega Business Analyst with experience in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and Next Best Action (NBA) to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pega solutions in the marketing domain and the ability to work closely with business teams to drive customer engagement strategies and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Pega CDH and NBA.
• Strong knowledge of marketing processes, customer segmentation, and real-time decisioning.
• Familiarity with Pega’s capabilities in the marketing domain, especially on the business side.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge gap between business requirements and technical implementations.

Preferred:

• Pega certifications in CDH/NBA.
• Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product teams.
